Objective:

TPD's Role:
Concept and final design of all mechanical systems
including sheet-metal cabinetry, injection molded
modular cells, lockable storage baskets, RFID reader
wand and pad, and other accessories.
Detail SolidWorks model design of all
components.
Provide mechanical engineering support
to electronics engineering subcontractor for development
of RFID electronics.
Provide all prototyping and validation
testing services for mechanical systems.
Provide technical data package.
Provide engineering support for supplier
selection.
Provide support to suppliers for
tooling, production methods, and quality measures.
